   According to Chinese legend, there was a female warrior named Hua Mulan who joined the army to fight in place of her father. Mulan was reputed to be a very brave woman who disguised herself as a man and fought in combat for 12 years. She has become an iconic heroine in Chinese and western cultures alike. The legend of Mulan is similar to several other female characters that dressed as men to fight in battle. These include Joan of Arc and the princess Eowyn from Lord of the Rings.

   Definitely a thumbs up to this man. I developed an infatuation with Tommy Gunn not just for obvious reasons that he is hot, manly, and a great performer, but because he resembles a neighbor whom I've been lusting for years now.    The world mourns with the passing of Hollywood film legend and icon of beauty, Elizabeth Taylor - the violet-eyed film legend whose sultry screen persona, stormy personal life and enduring fame and glamour made her one of the last of the classic movie stars and a template for the modern celebrity. I first heard of this remarkable woman from my mom who used to tell me great things about her. That she was considered as the most beautiful woman of her time and that no other woman fits the role of the equally iconic woman Cleopatra other than the stunning Elizabeth.

As told by her son, Michael Wilding, ''My mother was an extraordinary woman who lived life to the fullest, with great passion, humor, and love. The Wisdom Of Marcus Patrick

   This guy is more than just brawn and bulge, he also loves to speak his mind. In fact, he lives and ''eats'' by his words. By that, I mean him continuing to inspire people to follow a life away from the pollutants and negativites of this world and instead embrace a life based on the basics and simple living. Marcus is a practicing vegan and though I find it difficult to follow this path, I personally admire his passion and dedication towards this exceptional lifestyle. 

   It's hard to concentrate listening to him while talking on a bed with only his undies on. But please do pay attention, will ya?  

Michael Biserta Gone Wild

   New Yorker Michael Biserta is a firefighter who took the gay world by its throat in 2007 for his nude escapades on a ‘Guys Gone Wild’ video. You'll be seeing more of him in the coming days as this horse-hung hottie has crossed-over to the modelling world thanks to this video and his growing fan base. You'll practically drool once you see his daring photos. Farewell John Apacible

   I was shocked and saddened to hear the news that movie and tv actor John Apacible was shot dead by his uncle after a heated argument while in a middle of a drinking session. I'm still in denial that his life could end in such a tragic way. Unknown to everyone, John and I used to be Facebook friends and have exchanged a few messages before his account got closed due to hacking. Throughout our brief exchanges, I have come to know the real person behind that macho and sexy image he projects. Beneath his tough exterior lies a soft and gentle side. Someone who's humble, funny, and a loyal family guy. I wish I could share to you the exchanges we had but I cannot for the simple reason of preserving my anonymity. But here's John's last words to me:

Kama Sutra: A Tale Of Love

 

   Mira Nair's exotic film Kama Sutra will transport you into a faraway world of adventure and enchantment.

   Shot in English with an all-Indian cast, this drama of one woman's spiritual journey is set in the 16th century. Maya (Indira Varma), a servant girl, grows up as a friend of princess Tara (Sarita Choudhury), who is to marry the prince (Naveen Andrews). But the night of the wedding, Maya betrays her friend and seduces him.

   Banished from court, she finds refuge with Rasa Devi (Rekha) who teaches the "Kama Sutra," a manual of lessons in love. This wise woman believes that sexuality can be a wellspring of spiritual unfolding. She teaches Maya about intimacy, pleasure, play, and self-empowerment.

   With her new knowledge, she becomes a courtesan at court. Maya finds love with a sculptor (Ramon Tikaram) who risks his life to be with her. Eventually, the heroine reconciles with Tara. Mira Nair's Kama Sutra celebrates women's sexuality as a healing and liberating force.

   The film was shot at Amber and Khajuraho, a village known for its erotic temples.

Coco's Jewels

   A clip from the award-winning film ''Serbis'' featuring Indie prince Coco Martin showing his bare essentials. Coco expressed his disappointment with the award-winning director Brillante Mendoza, who helmed the film “Serbis”, for the inclusion of the scene which was shown in France last year. According to reports, the frontal nudity was never part of the agreement between the young actor and the world renowned director.The said frontal nudity in the movie was never commercially shown in the Philippines and it wasn’t and shouldn’t be released locally.

Latin Hearththrob

   Fernando Carrillo is my favorite Latin actor. He became famous in the Philippines when Thalia's hit soap opera entitled ''Rosalinda'' with which he played as  Fernando Jose, the dashing leading man for the Latina superstar.  Their onscreen chemistry was  undeniable that sometimes I couldn't help from wishing they were real-life couples. I love everything about Fernando - suave looks, sexy physique, and he could sing as well! Too bad he was not given the big break he was seeking in Hollywood. But I do know that aside from the Latin world, the Philippines and some parts of Asia, he also made quite a stir in Europe. Proof of that is this very provocative ad he made during his brief stint there.

   While browsing the net, I came across this cool band named Keane, an English alternative rock band from Battle, East Eussex.    You miss Julian...I know, right? So here you go. Last December, I was ecstatic to find out I got a reply from Julian himself. I asked for his permission to make an official page for him in Facebook and he willingly obliged. Here's the reply:

   Just when the page site was gaining momentum and attracting Julian admirers,  Facebook deleted it a few weeks later due to its vulgar content. Bb. Pilipinas 2011 Press Presentation

   Last Tuesday (March 8, 2011) saw an outpour of beauties at the Sofitel Philippine Plaza as the 40 official candidates of Binibining Pilipinas 2011 were finally presented to the press looking radiant and sexy in their orange swimsuits. The girls come from various and interesting backgrounds but  all share a common mission - and that is to win one of the crowns at stake from the country's most prestigious beauty pageant and get the honor to represent the Philippines in the international pageant stage. The press people and pageant pundits are one in saying that this year's batch is perhaps the strongest ever fielded in the history of the pageant. Yes indeed. Let's check the girls out:

Living In A Real-life Fun House

   Although Markki Stroem already has his own place, a condo unit he shares with friends, the Filipino-Norwegian crooner still looks forward to going home in Antipolo.

“When I go home, what I most look forward to is the food. I can go to the fridge and just eat anything I want. I look forward to seeing my dogs because I rarely see them now,” says Markki who adores his two golden retrievers, Odin and Troy.

A triathlete, Markki also goes home to his collection of medals displayed in his bedroom; and to his troll collection showcased in the dining area. These are the ugly-looking, authentic Norwegian trolls, he qualifies.

“I got my first troll when I was seven years old. There are some back in Norway, maybe 50 of them. Some are gifts, some are my brothers’. Why troll? Because they ’ re Norwegian, they’re the embodiment of Norwegian folklore. All the bad things in the world, the trolls, the vikings, all the barbarians, are from Norway. But the funny thing is, they’re actually the nicest people. I think it’s just a projection. They just want to show that they have a tough exterior, but they’re really friendly,” Markki explains.

On weekends, he spends quality time with his two younger brothers. “When they’re not doing homework, we swim, we kick ball, play computer games on PSP3 or on the Wii, watch TV or movie. It’s a fun house. I find like it’s a country club, how my dad built it.”

I Love Her Job

   I just love this girl's job. She not only gets to rub shoulders, pat buns, and peak at guys' family jewels, best of all she gets paid to do it. Damn! Talk about having all the luck in the world thrown at your feet.    I've never seen an adult performer who shoots the most load as the amazing Peter North. Plus he's got a nice boner to go with it too. In fact, it's one of the best boner in the business - lean, long, and thick. And he also seems to be a nice guy judging from the friendly aura he exudes from the pic above. Too bad you won't be seeing him shoot his famed  shower of a load, at least not today.    We thank the heavens for giving us hot and notoriously well-endowed rock stars like Warren Cuccurullo who is never shy in flaunting his assets. He is best known as the former member of the famous  and enduring band of the 80's - Duran Duran.  Warren probably discovered and honed his music skills inside a shower room. Anyhow, we are grateful for the music and for this chart-topping shower performance. Let's watch him hit those high notes...*wink*

The Italian Stallion

   Sylvester Stallone was one of my childhood celebrity crushes back in the day. I first saw a glimpse of him while watching Rambo at my neighbor's house. In that movie, he was John Rambo, a courageous soldier who specialized in very violent rescue and revenge missions. Instead of focusing on the film's action-filled scenes, my eyes and ears were glued on Sly's ripped muscles, sleepy eyes, and sexy bedroom voice. Then, I next saw him as Rocky Balboa, the boxer who overcame all odds to fight for love and glory. I used to envy his love interest on that film and imagined myself to be in her shoes.
