During its heyday, it was all over the news and the senate even conducted a hearing to investigate the matter. It was so scandalous you wouldn't think the personalities involved would ever come out of their dire situation unscathed. But lucky them, the Filipinos are a forgetful people and history would show that they don't dwell too much on their past. Nowadays, the celebrity doctor is slowly gaining grounds and cleaning his act thanks mostly to the influence of his very famous doctor/girlfriend. While the aspiring actress is now a certified star appearing in various films and shows after the incident. In fairness to her, she really is a talented actress but as to the celebrity doctor? Well, he should be behind bars for exploiting those women.

Beyonce, Rihanna & Britney
Beyonce's Billboard Music Awards (BMA) performance was jaw-dropping, revolutionary and so deserving of the Millenium Artist Award which makes her the second person to receive such honor after Michael Jackson in 2009. Meanwhile, Rihanna and Britney's peformance at the BMA lacked the same energy and quality as compared to B's. Riri did well actually but Britney appeared to be doing the thing she loves best -- lypsync, and the dance moves appeared to be calculated. I long to see the old Britney who used to dazzle us with her suave moves on stage. I wonder when would that be. Check-out their videos:

Three years after saying his 15 minutes were up, Evan Marriott, the star of Joe Millionaire, has apparently given up living in the shadow of his fame. He’s now the owner of his own construction business in California. The very buff and handsome construction firm owner who helped bring in monster ratings for the Fox hit show says his brush with reality television fame has hardly been a bed of roses after the cameras stopped rolling.
"I went through a pretty bad depression and paranoia, even in recent years, because I was constantly under a microscope," Marriott said. "I would go to dinner and then read about what I ate the next day in the tabloids. It just kind of makes you look over your shoulder and say, 'Who's looking at me? Who's watching me?' "
Seems like our dear Evan couldn't handle all the attention hurled his way. These days, he's contented living in the sidelines with the comforts of his family and old pals. John ''Sweet'' Lapus is one of the funniest and most talented comedians we have in the Philippines. I enjoyed watching him as sidekick to the then ''it'' girl Jolina Magdangal way back when he was still a talent of ABS-CBN. Many things happened since then and we now see him in GMA network. He did several notable performances in various movies most famous of which was in Here Comes The Bride alongside Angelica Panganiban and Eugene Domingo where he got an acting award for his role. John has grown as an artist and continues to do so after 18 years in the business. Here he is impersonating his very good friend Kris Aquino. Enjoy!

Ha-ugh!
This blogsite wouldn't be complete without a feature of my sentimental tennis favorite, the queen of grunting Monica Seles. I admit to be the sporty type but I never thought I could play the game of tennis. Thanks to Monica, I got interested in the sport and before I know it, I was already court-crashing with my friends at different tennis courts available. I even borrowed some of her signature moves minus the grunting of course though I admit to mimic it sometimes (harharhar). My only regret was not meeting her while she was still active, but still I wanna meet her someday. I know I will. Jeff is from Columbus, Ohio. What captivates people with him are his piercing light-green eyes and nice physique. His friends call him Count of Monte Cristo sometimes. Jeff is a Scorpio so I presume that he is wise beyond his years, passionate, and lives an intense and dramatic personal life.
