Ready, Set, Go!

   Training raw and 100% vegan for 3 years now, Marcus Patrick enjoys a mix of fruits, lots of greens, and almonds soaked/cultured for his daily diet. He loves to make his own gourmet raw dishes and green smoothies every morning. Just recently, he's also been blessed to have a raw chef as a wife (Alisa) who can throw down in the kitchen with dishes warmed to a nice temperature of a hot bath. Marcus adds that raw and vegan life is amazing and delicious. At 36, he feels like he's  still in his 20's.

   These days, Marcus seems to be preparing for something special. Judging from the photo above, it must be an athletic event of some sort. Whatever it is, we wish him the best of luck! See his raw athletic pics below.

The Wisdom Of Marcus Patrick

   This guy is more than just brawn and bulge, he also loves to speak his mind. In fact, he lives and ''eats'' by his words. By that, I mean him continuing to inspire people to follow a life away from the pollutants and negativites of this world and instead embrace a life based on the basics and simple living. Marcus is a practicing vegan and though I find it difficult to follow this path, I personally admire his passion and dedication towards this exceptional lifestyle. 

   It's hard to concentrate listening to him while talking on a bed with only his undies on. But please do pay attention, will ya?

   Here's a steamy shower scene of the the very luscious hunk Marcus Patrick. Marcus had a brief appearance in the US tv soap Days Of Our Lives. His dismissal from the show reportedly was a consequence of an explicit photo shoot he completed in the September 2007 edition of Playgirl in which he elected to pose full frontally nude for several shots.    Marcus is now a practicing vegan who only eats plant products particularly the raw and unprocessed ones. He is based in Hawaii and has left his wild past behind. The wet and sexy Marcus in video:
